Biomechanically Engineered
Every BODYTEC machine is developed with precise biomechanical planning — user posture, joint alignment, pivot position, range of motion, resistance direction, and muscle targeting. We use EMG-based biomechanical testing to validate movement accuracy before a product reaches the market.
Fully Integrated Production Line
Our facility runs a complete in-house production line: CNC laser-cutting, CNC pipe-bending, CNC machining, robotic and precision welding, laser-welding, CNC oscillating-knife cutting for upholstery, and an automatic powder-coating plant. No outsourcing. Full control over quality at every stage.
8-Stage Quality Assurance
Every machine passes through raw-material inspection, dimensional checks, welding inspection, powder-coating inspection, cable and pulley testing, movement smoothness testing, biomechanical evaluation, and a final pre-dispatch inspection before it leaves our facility.
